Set up your business

This creates the company, a chart of accounts you can post to straight away, and your SST periods for the year.

The business
The name on the SSM registration. It is what appears on an invoice.
Only if the business trades under a different name from the one it is registered under.
The SSM registration number: twelve digits, e.g. 201901000005. Leave it empty if the business has none.
The month the company's financial year starts. It sets what every 'this year' figure means, so it is worth getting right now.
SST
It has to appear on every invoice that charges SST, so it is asked for now.
The effective date on the SST registration. Taxable periods are two months long, counted from this date.
You
It appears against everything you post, which is what makes an audit trail worth having.
At least 12 characters.
